Andrew Walker, Non-Executive Director, Forum Partners
Andrew is Managing Director of Forum Partners and has enjoyed a 25-year career in real estate securities analysis and investment. Previously, he was a Vice President with Security Capital Group where he had corporate acquisition responsibilities. He was a senior officer of SC European Realty, a $1.5 billion European real estate partnership and a director of London and Henley S.A. Prior to joining Security Capital Group in 1996, Andrew was a leading property analyst in the UK and Continental Europe, working for Paribas Capital Markets and prior to that, S.G. Warburg Securities (Japan) Ltd. Andrew was Managing Director of Institutional Property Forecasting Services in the UK, a privately held real estate research firm. He graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a bachelor's of science degree in estate management in 1983 and has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1986.

Richard Cotton Non–Executive Director and Chairman Forum Partners
Richard is Managing Director of Forum Partners, based in London. He has enjoyed a 30-year career in real estate investment and finance. He was Head of Real Estate at JP Morgan Cazenove from 1998 until 2009 when he joined Forum Partners. He has advised a wide range of public company clients and was involved in many of the major real estate public market transactions over this period, particularly in the UK. Richard joined Cazenove in 1986, following eight years in the property industry and became a partner in 1994.

Andrew Doyle, Chief Executive Officer, Crown Group
Andrew is a practiced leader of finance with 25 years' experience. He has previously acted as Finance Director for Towergate Financial, the Financial Controller of RSA and the Deputy Finance Director of Norwich Union Life and Pensions. He is experienced in outsourcing and driving change through organisations and so brings both rigour and empathy to a varied role.

Julien Holmes Chief Operating Officer Crown Mortgage Management
Julien has spent all his working life at Crown – with 25 years' experience in the mortgage sector – and became COO in 2010. Julien knows the business and the industry inside and out and his knowledge and commercial acumen ensures that he acts in our clients' best interests.

Paul Marks Non-Executive Director Crown Group
Paul has been working with Crown since 2006. He is a well-known entrepreneur with over 40 years' of financial services experience across a number of organisations. He brings operational, strategic and sales experience to Crown and its clients. His background is very much focused in the mortgage industry where he started Chase de Vere, Mortgages plc, the Mortgage Operation and many other similar businesses.
