Andreas Flechtner, Chief Executive Officer
Andreas joined Crown in 2006 and became CEO of the German servicing platform in 2009. He gained five years' experience prior to this in work-out, credit and legal at Hypo Real Estate Bank and its forerunner, Westfälische Hypothekenbank. Andreas has in-depth legal knowledge, having studied law at the universities of Münster and Bochum and is an attorney admitted to the higher regional court of the Hamm district. He has a special degree in insolvency law and holds the collections licence for Crown's German operations. |
Elke Wagner, Chief Operating Officer
Elke heads Crown's German servicing and real estate teams after joining the organisation in 2010. She gained 19 years' of experience in underwriting, portfolio management, credit transaction investment, and performing and non-performing loan in previous roles. These were held at JP Morgan's Frankfurt-based servicing company, Whiteshire Debt Solutions, and Allgemeine Hypothekenbank Rheinboden, a German mortgage bank. |
Dimitrij Gromov, Chief Financial Officer and Head of IT
Dimitrij joined Crown in 2006 and is responsible for accounting and reporting as well as the development of the IT infrastructure. His highly integrated role assures clients of Crown's commitment to flexible and high quality service. Dimitrij previously worked for Sparkassen Broker, Westfalenbank and Falke Bank. He gained his degree in business administration from the University of Applied Sciences Düsseldorf. |
