Andrew Doyle, Chief Executive Officer, Crown Group
Andrew is a practiced leader of finance with 25 years' experience. He has previously acted as Finance Director for Towergate Financial, the Financial Controller of RSA and the Deputy Finance Director of Norwich Union Life and Pensions. He is experienced in outsourcing and driving change through organisations and so brings both rigour and empathy to a varied role. |
Julien Holmes, Chief Operating Officer
Julien has spent all his working life at Crown – with 25 years' experience in the mortgage sector-and became COO in 2010. Julien knows the business and the industry inside and out and his knowledge and commercial acumen ensures that he acts in our clients’ best interests. |
Sue Ross, Chief Information Officer, Crown Mortgage Management
Sue has over 25 years experience in various roles within IT and has successfully delivered complex IT business changes. She has worked extensively with high profile corporate clients from initial discussions to the transfer of data and implementation of tailored solutions. Sue has also managed an operational unit servicing corporate clients to contractual SLAs. |
Alison Bromwich, Business Development Director
Alison began working at Crown in 2010 with 26 years' worth of experience in business development across the public and private sectors. She is a practiced leader of organisation and cultural change, heading the re-engineering of business development and marketing for a major Public/Private Partnership in her last role. Her energy and curiosity ensures she connects with our clients, gaining a true appreciation for their needs. |
Debby Cattell, Head of Servicing
Debby has some of the strongest expertise in the business. She has spent 28 years working in the residential and commercial lending sector. Prior to joining Crown in 2006 she worked for Saffron Walden Hertfordshire & Essex Building Society, SPML and Lloyds. Debby is advanced CeMap qualified and her experience of underwriting, loan management and collections means she is highly knowledgeable in the best ways to enhance the profitability of our clients' mortgage portfolios. |
Jane Manning, Head of Compliance
Jane began her work at Crown in 2005, having previously acted as AXA Insurance’s Compliance Manager. She has 25 years' worth of experience in a financial, audit and compliance environment and has implemented the FSA, AML and DPA regimes throughout our business. By rooting the concepts of regulation, reputation and responsibility at the heart of our organisation, Jane helps our clients and us identify, manage and mitigate risk. |
Sarah Harling, Quality Officer
Sarah has worked in the financial services sector since 1981 with 22 of those years spent with building societies. She has a strong background in underwriting (residential and commercial), operations and wide-reaching IT implementation. Sarah joined Crown in 2008 and is responsible for helping to define and realise quality standards throughout the business, ensuring clients obtain a great experience when they work with us. |
