Quality and flexibility
Our clients expect flexible and responsive service and our working methods to be truly optimised for their benefit. We deliver time and again because these aspects are hard-wired into our practices.
We create bespoke services and products for our clients, tailored to their specific requirements. We are willing and able to adapt to their evolving needs. We listen to their concerns and suggestions and use these to improve ourselves.
We also partner with our suppliers to deliver the best possible outcome to our clients. IT systems are a key element of our offering and Crown has developed a very close working relationship with Phoebus Software Limited, a market leading provider of flexible financial systems to retail banks and mortgage providers. We are one of only a very few companies to have a development license from Phoebus and were the first to develop a commercial real estate module on the system. In Germany, we utilise ABIT, the market leader in mortgage servicing applications.
Our people are our main asset and we strive to make Crown a great place to work. We are certified by Investors in People and invest heavily in ongoing training. We measure our people’s performance on a continuous basis against quality and flexibility objectives rather than pure economic outcomes. This is driven by a firm belief that living up to high-level quality standards will drive the optimal result for our clients, our people, and our company. Treating people fairly is one of the cornerstones of our approach, whether we are addressing customers, staff, or borrowers.
