Crown appoints chief information officer | Mortgage Strategy

Crown has appointed Sue Ross as its chief information officer. The position of CIO is new to Crown and as part of it Ross, who previously worked at AXA Insurance and Fidelity Insurance, will take over responsibility for IT, process re-engineering and project management.
