Due diligence

Crown understands that our clients wish to assess the value and risks associated with the potential sale or purchase of a pool of loans. We perform full reviews of all the loans in a potential sale pool so issues relating to title, property, borrower behaviour and enforcement are identified. Our process is sufficiently sensitive to consider such matters as the vulnerability of borrowers and how an approach to encompass them can help them be treated fairly and protect your reputation in the marketplace.

If we are also appointed as servicer then the due diligence service allows us to prioritise the working of loans post-purchase.
